Duties and Responsibilities

1. Buildings - OPPF provide a design, specification (floor plans) and program of works (POW) of buildings how the end users needed the building or intended use (laboratories, shop rooms, libraries, working areas, offices and sports equipment) and supervision, inspection of projects during and after implementation.
2. Ground Improvement and Maintenance (GIMU) – GIMU-OPPF keeps the campus grounds in order and keep our buildings facilities (plumbing, electrical and simple civil works repair).
3. Faculty & Students Documents Assistance – OPPF provides students needed records, data and technical expertise for their research and thesis projects. Faculty asks the office with relevant documents for their college/campus Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) and accreditations.
