To strengthen professional development and regulatory capacity building, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) during the culminating activity of the 2025 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month, held at the CDC Health and Sanitation Division Training Hall on May 30, 2025.
The agreement provides qualified CDC employees the opportunity to pursue graduate studies at DHVSU through programs such as Master in Public Administration (MPA), MPA major in Regulatory Management System, and Master in Business Administration (MBA).
The ceremonial signing was led by CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera and DHVSU President Dr. Enrique Baking, and was witnessed by DHVSU Executive Vice President Reden M. Hernandez and CDC Vice President for Admin and Finance Group Jose Miguel R. de la Rosa.
This partnership forms part of CDC’s ongoing efforts to streamline processes, enhance regulatory efficiency, and promote a business-friendly environment within the Clark Freeport Zone.
