Vision
In support of the University vision, the College of Business Studies by 2018 envisions to be the lead institution in entrepreneurship, marketing, economics, accountancy and other business related disciplines in Region III.In June to December 2007, Dr. Laura Miriam B. Buenviaje, then Vice President for Academic Affairs, stood as the concurrent Dean of the College. She was superseded by Dr. Yolanda E. Crisostomo from January 2008 to July 31, 2009, after which Dr. Severina R. Samia was designated as the Officer-in-Charge and Dean from September 2009 until 2014.
Mission
The College is committed to provide excellent academic learning in order to develop competent and competitive business experts who are adept in making a difference in the local and global business arena.

To produce marketing experts, entrepreneurs and economists in the local and global business arena.
Objectives
Being one of the most promising College of DHVSU, the College of Business Studies is committed to achieve the following objectives:
- To develop students consciousness and appreciation on the importance and relevance of their chosen field of study.
- To equip students not only with theoretical and analytical skills but as well as with the newest issues, trends and strategies in business like Total Quality Management (TQM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Governance.
- To inspire students to unleash their fullest potential and achieve a high level of business professionalism so that they can contribute towards the attainment of the country’s short and long term goals.
- To produce quality graduates who have the competitive advantage in the dynamic world of marketing, entrepreneurship, economics and other business related endeavors.
