Officially closing this year’s chapter of the Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges III (CAASUC III) Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF) 2025, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) was hailed as the overall 5th Runner-Up (sixth place) in the four-day event held at Pampanga State Agricultural University in Magalang, Pampanga, on November 22 to 25, 2025.

The 213 delegates garnered a total of 57 points throughout the competition, securing two gold, two silver, and three bronze medals, alongside four non-medal runner-up awards (4th to 5th place finishes).
