
Aiming to foster cultural and educational collaboration, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with iSpace Cyber Security College (iSPACE) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on December 2, 2025.
The partnership seeks to establish a program of exchange for faculty and students, covering internships, instructional research, and cultural activities. It also includes joint research collaboration on mutually agreed areas of study.
Representing Pampanga State U during the ceremonial signing were Dr. Robin B. Dimla, Director, Research Management Office; Engr. Rhoderick M. Favorito, Director, Extension Services Office; Engr. Anna Liza C. Nacion, Director Knowledge Management and Innovation Office; and Dr. Eddiebal P. Layco, Director, Planning and Development Office.
Meanwhile, iSPACE was represented by Dr. Le Thi Minh Tam, Vice Principal, International Affairs, and Le Hoang Binh Nguyen, Deputy Head of Information Technology Department.
The collaboration will run for five years and encompass diverse areas of educational cooperation, ensuring mutual benefit for both participating institutions.
