
The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) acknowledged Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) as one of its outstanding partners, citing its exemplary contributions to advancing digital inclusion and embodying the spirit of Digital Bayanihan. The recognition was granted during the DICT Region 3 Stakeholders’ Summit held at Hotel Seoul in Clark, Pampanga on December 2, 2025.
The gathering was designed to strengthen collaboration, present key program developments, and engage in critical discussions that will shape the DICT's regional initiatives for the coming years.
Pampanga State U, through its Training Service Office (TSO), collaborates with various sectors to promote sustainable digital programs and innovations.
Receiving the Plaque of Recognition for Pampanga State U were Dr. Dynah Soriano, TSO director, and Aileen De Leon, one of the TSO center managers.
The DICT also used the summit to highlight other outstanding centers and coordinators and reinforce commitment to their key stakeholders.
