The certification, originally approved on November 11, 2022, has been successfully recertified after the recent audit conducted from November 8 to 10, 2023. Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has entered into a three-year Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) to strengthen partnerships for the improvement of cooperative education and training in the Philippines.
