One of the mandates of an institution of higher learning like the Don Honorio Ventura State University is to provide relevant quality education to its clienteles not only in the provinces of Pampanga but also to its neighbouring provinces in Region III. Hence, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) was created under Resolution No. 4 s. 2007 effective School Year 2007-2008.
The University's expansion of academic programs saw the introduction of the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and the Bachelor of Science in Statistics in Academic Year 2020-2021.
Building on this trajectory of development and opportunities, the CAS proudly welcomed its inaugural batch of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students during the Academic Year 2023-2024.
