Dr. Sherna G. Bangalan, a faculty researcher from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP) at Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), delivered an oral paper presentation at the International Conference on Life Education and Wellbeing, held at The Education University of Hong Kong on December 2, 2025.
Dr. Bangalan presented her paper titled, “Development and Validation of the Client Satisfaction Scale on Counseling Services.”
The study focuses on creating and verifying satisfaction scales for counseling services to provide a basis for professional training and service improvement.
“Since there are few existing standardized satisfaction scales on counseling services, we think our paper has a significant contribution in our field nationally and internationally and should be shared to the mental health experts,” said Dr. Bangalan.
Organized by The Education University of Hong Kong, the conference brought together academic researchers, practitioners, and students from around the globe to engage with the latest research, innovative practices, and interdisciplinary dialogue on life education and well-being.
The event also presented an excellent opportunity to network, exchange insights, and build lasting connections with participants from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
