The Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U)–Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA) proclaimed its newly elected officers following the automated elections conducted on December 9, 2025.

Two parties, Team Manalakaran and the BINHI Party, vied for positions for a two-year term of office to serve the members of NASA.

With a total voter turnout of 81.02%, or 414 out of 511 registered voters, Cristal Rio U. Manuel of Team Manalakaran was elected as the new NASA president, securing 280 votes, while Mair S. De Lara of BINHI received 130 votes.

Meanwhile, Rayshyr B. Basa of Team Manalakaran was elected as the new NASA vice president after garnering 231 votes, defeating Dolores D. Mallari of BINHI, who obtained 172 votes.

• Remy-lyn S. Gabarda (Team Manalakaran) – 205 votes

Auditor
• Cindy S. Paruli (Team Manalakaran) – 255 votes
• Mary Joy Ann S. Del Mundo (BINHI) – 147 votes

Public Relations Officer
• Rhea R. Lumanog (Team Manalakaran) – 252 votes
• Roel C. Santos (BINHI) – 156 votes

Sgt. At Arms
• Niño P. Milambilin (Team Manalakaran) – 265 votes
• John E. Galvan (Team Manalakaran) – 202 votes
• Rov E. Tungcab (BINHI) – 148 votes
• Mark Ian Maggudayao (BINHI) – 111 votes

“Maraming salamat sa tiwala at supporta. Until now, it feels surreal. Ang tagumpay naming ito ay inaalay namin sa Poong Maykapal at sa lahat ng miyembro ng Pampanga State U – NASA,” Manuel said in an interview.

The NASA–Commissions of Election (ComElec) 2025 was led by Rossbeth B. Liangco as chairperson, with Kharlo G. Salonga and Samantha F. Batalla serving as vice chairpersons, and Katherine M. Navarro as secretary.

Also serving on the NASA–ComElec were Ruth Anne A. Butiu, Norman Kim D. Quizon, Kristel Marie M. Garcia, and Kim Gabriel M. Lumanog.
